I shop online often, and compared to other sites I use, this one felt a lot clunkier. The filters were kind of all over the place, and checkout kept making me type in the same info again, which got annoying fast. I did finally get my order through, but the whole process was more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I stopped by sometime last month, or maybe it was late the month before, and the prices just felt a little high for what you get. I looked around afterward and found similar stuff for less elsewhere, so it didn’t really feel worth it to me.

The whole shipping experience was frustrating. My package took way longer than expected, and the tracking barely gave me any useful updates. I kept checking it and still had no real idea where my order was or when it would show up. Even if the product itself is fine, the unreliable delivery really left a bad impression

I was kind of hopeful at first because a few items looked like exactly what I needed, but then almost everything I clicked on was out of stock. The selection felt limited overall, and it got frustrating going back and forth thinking I found something, only to hit a dead end. I ended up wasting more time than I expected and probably won’t bother ordering from here again...

I placed my order expecting what was shown, but what arrived wasn’t even the right stuff. On top of that, the terms seemed to change along the way, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not a great experience.

I was disappointed, the cleaner barely seemed to do anything and the place still looked mostly the same after they left...

I reached out to customer service because I was hoping to sort things out, but no one ever got back to me. My friend had mentioned they had a decent experience before, so I was expecting at least a reply, but unfortunately I never heard anything.

The product itself wasn’t terrible, so I almost feel bad complaining, but the return process really annoyed me. It took way too long to get a clear answer, and the refund felt slow and kind of confusing. One person would make it sound simple, then I’d have to follow up again because nothing seemed to move. Maybe it was just bad timing or maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it was frustrating enough that I’d think twice about ordering again if there’s even a chance I might need to return it...
